Motörhead е британска рок и хевиметъл група, създадена през 1975 г. от бас китариста и вокалист Иън „Леми“ Килмистър, считана за пионер на новата вълна на британския хевиметъл. Iron Fist излиза през април 1982 г. в издателство Bronze Records и достига 6-о място в британската класация за албуми. Това е петият студиен албум на групата и едновременно последният запис на класическия състав Three Amigos. Заглавната песен Iron Fist е издадена като сингъл и достига 29-а позиция в UK. Двудисковото издание на CD съдържа 44 записа, включително алтернативни версии и бонус инструментали като Sponge Cake или Peter Gunn.
По време на издаването на албума Motörhead са съставени от Леми Килмистър (бас китара, вокал), Фил „Филти Енимъл“ Тейлър (барабани), Еди Кларк (китара) и Брайън Робъртсън (китара).
