Saxon е британска хевиметъл група, основана през 1975 г. в Барнзли, ключов представител на движението new wave of British heavy metal (NWOBHM). През осемдесетте години постигна значителен търговски успех, продавайки над 23 милиона носителя по целия свят, и продължава активно да концертира и днес.
Албумът Rock the Nations излезе първоначално през 1986 г. като десети студиен албум на групата. Настоящото преиздание от 2018 г. на CD представя ремастерираните записи от 2010 г. и съдържа 17 песни, включително бонус B-страни от сингли (например Chase the Fade, Everybody Up) и концертни записи от Reading Festival.
