Heaven & Hell възникнаха през 2006 г., когато Тони Айоми, Гийзър Бътлър и Вини Апис от Black Sabbath се обединиха с вокалиста Рони Джеймс Дио. Групата продължи ерата на Sabbath с Дио, чийто характерен глас и тъмни текстове дефинираха хевиметъл жанра.
Бокс сетът Breaking Out Of Heaven на Blu-ray е лимитирано издание, документиращо творчеството на групата от 2007–2009 г. Съдържа студийния албум The Devil You Know в разширено издание с бонус песни, двете части на концерта от Radio City Music Hall, записа от фестивала Wacken 2009 и видеоколекция с документални филми, интервюта и концертни изпълнения.
