Pestilence е холандска death metal група, основана през 1986 г. в Енсхеде. Спада към първите холандски death metal групи заедно с Gorefest, Sinister и Asphyx. Характерното лого се допълва от типичния графичен знак на групата – сферична форма, присъстваща на кориците на почти всички студийни албуми.
Албумът Levels Of Perception (Limited Edition) излиза на винил и съдържа дванадесет нови записа, сред които песните Horror Detox, Sinister, Dehydrated и Twisted Truth. По-късно групата включи в творчеството си елементи от джаз и фюжън, което я отличи от останалите death metal формации.
